Since 1985, Miquel Romeu and Enriqueta Ferreres have been making traditional Catalan neules with care in Pla de Sant Tirs. These light, crispy wafer rolls follow the old artisanal method but are now certified organic and gluten-free.

Ingredients
Classic Gluten-Free & Organic Wafers: Corn starch, cane sugar, soy flour, emulsifier (soy lecithin), thickener (locust bean gum), lemon juice, vanilla powder and cinnamon powder. May contain traces of lupine and/or milk. Ingredients from organic farming.

Gluten-Free Cocoa Wafers: Special coating with vegetable fat (52%) [sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel, palm), defatted cocoa powder* (22%), vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm), emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, sorbitan tristearate) and aroma, corn starch, sugar, lupine flour, emulsifier (soy lecithin), thickener (locust bean gum), lemon juice, powdered vanilla and powdered cinnamon. May contain traces of milk.
