Payment must be completed before order processing.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing.

– Billing occurs automatically on the 25th of each month  
– Orders are processed shortly after billing  
– Changes, pauses, or cancellations must be made before the billing date  

Once a subscription order is processed, it cannot be modified.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver within the communicated timeframes, but delays may occur.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
