RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

– GRAINED boxes (subscription or one-time)
– food and consumable products
– drinks
– opened or used items

Our boxes are curated discovery experiences and are therefore final sale.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Non-food items such as clothing and selected “Rituals & Living” products may be returned.

To be eligible:
– item must be unused
– in original condition and packaging
– with tags (if applicable)
– proof of purchase required

Returns must be approved before being sent.
Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
– item is defective
– item is incorrect

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item:
– return the original (if eligible)
– place a new order

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days.

However, this does not apply to:
– food and perishable goods
– sealed items that have been opened
– curated boxes

Returned items must meet the same conditions:
unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved:
– refund is issued to original payment method
– within 10 business days
