Hibu Biscuiterie (FR)
Some of the best ideas start by solving your own problem. Two pastry chefs couldn't find biscuits that matched their standards - organic, gluten-free and genuinely delicious - so they baked their own. What began in the French Basque Country became a modern biscuit bakery built around clean ingredients, careful craftsmanship and proper French pastry know-how.

Everyone loves hazelnut spread. Berlin-based Cravers asked a simple question: why should great snacks contain palm oil and refined sugar? Their answer became real hazelnuts, natural sweetness and clean ingredients without compromising on taste.

Broccoli Lover (DE)
Born in Hamburg, Broccoli Lover is built for people who want snacks that actually do something. Their freeze-dried broccoli keeps the vegetable light, crispy and intense - with one 15g snack bag that contains the concentrated nutrients of more than 140g frozen broccoli

Crispy broccoli with a bright, citrusy or spicy kick. It’s high in fibre, high in protein and naturally rich in vitamin C, K, B6 and folic acid. Organic, no added sugar, no preservatives - just broccoli pushed into snack territory. (Finally!)

A grown-up take on a childhood classic.
Diaita Foods (PT)
Founder Tony discovered that perfectly good fruit was often left behind by farmers. By freeze-drying, Diaita preserves taste, nutrients and texture, giving every harvest a second life.

10. Cheddar Jalapeño
Light, crispy and packed with flavour and heat.

Moilas (FI)
What started as a small Finnish family bakery in 1955 has become Finland's largest gluten-free bakery. Moilas was one of the country's first bakeries to embrace gluten-free baking back in 1985, helping make great bread accessible long before it became mainstream. Today, three generations later, every loaf is still guided by the same principles: good ingredients, honesty and craftsmanship.
11. Ciabatta
A light, airy ciabatta with a crisp crust and soft centre. Moilas supported our event in May with some of their bread, ciabatta sold out immediately.
