Blanco Niño makes authentic Mexican-style tortilla chips in Ireland, using a traditional Aztec cooking technique called nixtamalisation. Whole corn is slowly cooked, soaked overnight and stone-ground into fresh masa before becoming beautifully crisp tortilla chips.

The entire process takes three days, creating a distinctive corn flavour, satisfying crunch and texture that ordinary tortilla chips rarely achieve.

Made with carefully sourced non-GMO corn, these award-winning chips are naturally gluten-free, vegan and made without artificial preservatives.

Sometimes simple is best. Authentic corn tortilla chips finished with sea salt from Celestún in Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula, known for its historic Mayan salt flats. Pure corn flavour, a delicate saltiness and an exceptional crunch.

CHILLI & LIME

Bright, tangy and gently spicy. The rich, slightly smoky character of ancho chilli meets sharp lime for a beautifully balanced combination inspired by the flavours of Puebla, Mexico.

SMOKY CHIPOTLE

Smoky, savoury and a little sweet, with a warming chilli finish. Inspired by traditional Mexican adobo sauce, these chips bring together the depth of smoked chipotle peppers and aromatic spices.

CREAMY JALAPEÑO

Creamy without the dairy. Inspired by the jalapeño sauces of Veracruz, Mexico, this flavour combines gentle green chilli heat with a subtle tang and savoury herbs. Rich, aromatic and unexpectedly addictive.
