Something crisp for the table

A few things to open, something to spread, a tomato or two to slice. That can be enough for the table while dinner is cooking, or when a friend comes over without much of a plan.

Here are a few gluten-free ideas from the GRAINED assortment, with simple ways to serve them.

Malvas fröknäcke

Try Malvas seed crispbread with butter and mature cheese, or cream cheese and thinly sliced cucumber. Break it into pieces and let everyone build their own.

Pep & Lekker crackers

Pep & Lekker mixed seed crackers in original flavor, showcasing crispy, seed-filled snack with a golden-brown texture.

Choose Original for a simple plate with hummus and vegetables, or Rosemary alongside cheddar and pear. Put the dip in a separate bowl and spread it onto the crackers as you eat.

Forneria del Senza Glutine friselle

Friselle call for a little preparation. Briefly dampen them with water to soften, then add chopped ripe tomatoes, olive oil, salt and basil. Let the tomato juices settle into the bread before serving. Adjust the amount of water depending on how much crunch you like.

Forneria del Senza Glutine taralli

Put taralli in a small bowl beside olives and pieces of cheese. Their ring shape makes them easy to pick up and nibble while you talk. They need very little arranging.

Choose a couple of these, use what you already have in the fridge and leave space for people to reach across the table.
