We are pleased to share that our limited Strawberry Matchamisu has been featured in Svenska Dagbladet.
Created in close collaboration with Italian Layers, this is our Japanese-inspired interpretation of tiramisù. It brings together the season’s finest Swedish strawberries with ceremonial-grade matcha in a refined, hand-layered dessert.
Each portion is composed of matcha-soaked Schär savoiardi, rich mascarpone cream, chocolate chunks, fresh strawberries, strawberry jam, and a final dusting of ceremonial matcha and dehydrated strawberry powder. The result is creamy, bright and quietly addictive.
Availability The Strawberry Matchamisu is available both by pre-order and for walk-in purchase on May 8, 9 and 10 at the café, while supplies last.
