This weekend, GRAINED Living Room turns Italian.
For a limited time, we’re serving an Italian-inspired menu built around carefully selected makers, simple flavours, and slow moments — the way food is meant to be enjoyed.
At the heart of the pop-up is a gluten-free focaccia sandwich made with alternative flour by OhAh. Known for their precise approach to flour blends and baking, OhAh creates bread with the texture, flavour and structure of traditional focaccia — without compromise.
The sandwich is filled with lemon ricotta, fresh rucola, bright lemon zest, and porchetta from Cajsa Warg, bringing together richness, freshness and balance in every bite.
Alongside the focaccia, guests can enjoy:
• Lemony Solyn — a locally produced alcohol-free drink with a grown-up flavour
• Freshly brewed coffee and tea
• Small sweet bites including dulce de leche and pistachio cookies
• Fresh mimosas available to buy this weekend
• French yellow tulips to take home
All served in the calm, curated setting of the GRAINED Living Room — our temporary pop-up space in Stockholm created for tastings, discoveries, and slow moments.
