Forneria del Senza Glutine Puccia Bread
A taste of Puglia, made gluten-free. Puccia is a traditional bread from Salento in southern Italy, known for its soft, light interior and its ability to hold plenty of fillings without falling apart.
Forneria del Senza Glutine's version is made in Puglia without gluten or lactose, and unlike many gluten-free Italian breads, it contains no deglutenised wheat starch. Warm it briefly in the oven, slice it open and fill it like an Italian sandwich with burrata, vegetables, pesto, cold cuts or whatever you have on hand. Each pack contains 2 × 80g puccia breads.
