Golden, crunchy and crumbly with the characteristic rustic texture of traditional taralli. Made by Forneria del Senza Glutine in Andria, Puglia, specifically for people following a gluten-free diet. They're also lactose-free and vegan.

Gluten-free flour mix [gluten-free wheat starch, corn starch, buckwheat flour, dextrose, rice starch, psyllium seed fibre, thickener: guar gum, flavourings], vegetable margarine [vegetable fats and oils 80% (palm fat, coconut fat, sunflower oil), water, salt (0.6%), emulsifiers (E471, sunflower lecithin), preservative (E202), acidity regulator (E330), flavourings, colour (beta-carotene)], white wine (contains sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, double-concentrated tomato paste [tomato 99.5%, salt] 3.4%, salt, oregano 0.9%.
