9th edition of GRAINED Gluten-Free Ritual Snack Box from Sweden
This box is our reverence to community and the feeling of belonging.
May feels like reuniting. A hug. A lunch with an old friend on a café terrace.
As a Swedish company, we wanted to give that hug back to the Scandinavian producers.
To come closer, help each other, and lift up local makers who focus on quality products.
The North is about minimalism — not too much and not too little. This box follows that spirit.
THE MAKERS & THE PRODUCTS
Kolsvart (SE)
Ten years ago the founders dreamed of opening Malmö’s best café. The coffee was loved, but the numbers turned pitch black (“kolsvart”). Out of that darkness came a new dream: confectionery made with pure, natural flavours and an almost obsessive focus on balance, texture and taste. They still experiment like artists.
→ Sweden has one of the highest candy consumptions per capita in the world — so we couldn’t imagine this box without a little sweetness

Bright sour berries. Fruity and gently tart.

Delicate elderflower. Soft, floral and quietly Nordic.

Malmö Chokladfabrik (SE)
They’re living the dream of running their own chocolate factory. They source the finest beans and roast them themselves in Malmö. 100 % organic, no unnecessary additives, often vegan and always gluten-free. Swedish chocolate made the honest, old-fashioned way.
03. Deep Milk Chocolate
Rich, creamy and full of real character.

Hallstavik (SE)
Sweden’s only small-scale craft producer of fresh fermented tempeh made from local Swedish legumes. Multiple award-winner (including Ät!Stockholm) and driven by genuine passion for sustainable food craft.

Crispy, protein-rich and deeply satisfying, earned a cult following.

MØNSJ (NO)
A Norwegian crew who got tired of choosing between sugar bombs that taste great or “healthy” cereals that taste like cardboard. They created the one they always wanted: high in protein and fibre, with nothing unnecessary added. Real, honest breakfast.

Fiddle’s (DK)
Back in 2018, 19-year-old Caner asked a simple question: why can’t snacks taste incredible and be better for you? He started making them by hand. Today they produce in their own kitchen in Glostrup, but that original fire is still there.

They asked themselves how to run a coffee company without anyone or anything getting harmed. The answer: own the farms together with the farmers, cut out the middlemen, and grow coffee with real care for people and planet.

Beskows (SE)
From the fruit-rich Bjäre peninsula. Created by Fredrik Beskow — former Absolut talent and passionate sommelier — who wanted refined, alcohol-free drinks that don’t compromise on complexity. Inspired by wild Nordic berries and orchard fruits.

A Stockholm brand on a mission to make junk-free versions of Swedish classics. Their Swedish Chocolate Ball is a refined, modern take on the iconic chokladboll — the beloved fika treat you find in every café. Handmade with just eight clean, organic ingredients and a clever hint of coffee.
10. Swedish Choco-Ball
Gluten-free oats, cacao, coconut, coconut nectar, a touch of freeze-dried coffee and sea salt.

Lagom by Kak (SE)
Pastry chef Alexandra started this gluten-free project after her own celiac diagnosis. With high-end kitchen experience, she refused to settle for “good enough” and began creating quality pastries and snacks that everyone can truly enjoy — French and Hungarian influences, seasonal ingredients, just the right balance.
11. Seed Crackers
Another Swedish classic with cranberries. We fell in love with these when we had an Afternoon Tea event with Alexandra, and finally, we can share them with you.
