Ai Ventura

Ai Ventura trained as a pastry chef in Japan and has, among other things, run her own patisserie in Tokyo. Since 2013, Ai has lived in Stockholm and has achieved great success with her pop-up café Bon Aibon. In addition to Japanska bakverk, she is the author behind the popular Baka Kawaii and has also released baking books on Swedish baking in Japan.
